Leighton Rossi is a professional chef and YouTuber from Brisbane Australia.
He is the owner of Pho Queue and is a specialist in Vietnamese soups.
As a seasoned veteran of the industry with over 15 years experience he runs a number of well known Vietnamese establishment in Brisbane - Red Lotus (since 2010), Café O Mai (since 2012) and Pho Queue (since 2017).
Growing up in the working class suburb of Bankstown in South Western Sydney he was influenced by the Vietnamese food he grew up eating with the broth from Pho An having a big influence on his cooking style along side other famous Pho broths in Vietnam, most notably Pho Le in HCMC and Pho Bat Dan in Hanoi.
